At Studs, we do one thing and do it best: ear piercing. Our piercing expertise guarantees a safe, precise, and elevated experience. To ensure our piercing quality, we train our Studs expert ear piercers in-house at the Studs Academy Training Program .
BECOME A STUDS PIERCER
Earn while you learn in our structured, paid training program—combining classroom instruction with hands-on experience piercing real clients. Our apprentices and associate piercers engage in extensive training covering key areas such as sterilization, bedside manner, precision piercing techniques, and workplace safety. This rigorous training paired continuing education equips them with the skills and confidence needed to provide the safest and most stylish ear piercings in the industry.
APPRENTICESHIP PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS
Must travel to a flagship studio for the entire duration of the apprenticeship program. If travel is required for training, Studs will cover the costs of flights and lodging
Must have the following availability:
- Full-Time: Must be available to work a flexible schedule up to five days per week (32–40 hours), including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must maintain consistent availability.
- Part-Time: Must be available to work a flexible schedule up to 29 hours per week of varying days and hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience

Appointments are supervised by our most experienced educators.
*For optimal healing, Studs will perform up to four piercings per person, based on piercer discretion.
